We accept credit cards, PayPal and SWIFT wire transfer.

All orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled at any time, following a full refund. The orders that were already shipped must be shipped back prior to receiving a refund. Please note: goods must be returned in unopened condition. Otherwise, a restocking fee may apply.

We ship within 1 business day of receiving payment. Depending on your destination, the delivery takes from 5 to 10 business days. International orders must undergo customs clearance, add a day or two.

All our inventory is thoroughly tested to ensure its functionality, refurbished in accordance with the highest industry standards. Most servers were in use for about three years. New items are labeled as new.

We have a business account with FedEx which allows us to ship globally (anywhere in the world) at a flat rate of $199 per server. Shipping within the contiguous United States is flat $99 per box. One box holds one 2U server or two 1U servers.  

As soon as we start boxing your order, you will receive a FexEx tracking slip. Tracking updates can be sent via email if you subscribe at the FexEx website.
